As finleap puts talent first, it is one of our highest priorities to get not only the best, but the right people on board. We are currently looking for a driven sales expert with knowledge of technology and solid business-to-business sales and account management experience.

What will keep you challenged?

  • Learning, executing and improving our sales strategy and methodology in alignment with our Head of Sales (Peter Hiekmann)
  • Starting selling; Exhibiting your character of self-starting, risk taking, and a drive to succeed
  • Managing entire complex sales-cycles often presenting to C-level executives the value of our full suite of solutions
  • Evangelizing our vision through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account specific initiatives
  • Forecasting sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating satisfied customers
  • Exploring and discovering needs, with our prospects in pre-sales workshops to fuel our longlist for market driven business opportunities
  • Working closely with the product evangelist and product management on the product roadmap for our new platform products.


What will make you succeed?

  • Solid track of solution selling experience within the (financial) Software/Infrastructure/Platform (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) space
  • Business proficient in both oral and written communication in German and English (a must)
  • Ability to sell both an application and deployment of a platform
  • Effective optimization of internal and external networks
  • Evidence of relationship building skills with an ability to grow and nurture relationships
  • Excellent at leveraging C-level relationships and the ability to negotiate and close complex deals.
